1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • There is no sign of wear, tampering, or visible changes to the shape, surface, or integrity of the item.

  • The customer must present a valid reason for the return, subject to review and approval by our quality team.

  • The request must be made in-person at our authorized clinic in Abuja, Nigeria.

Note: Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Visit our official clinic in Abuja, Nigeria.

  2. Present the item along with your purchase receipt or proof of order.

  3. Submit a written explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  4. Allow our team to inspect the product.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product is used or worn.

  • If any modification or physical damage is detected.

  • If the refund request is made without a valid reason or outside of the designated clinic.

  • For any international orders, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case please refer to our Return Policy.
